Where computers land
when they crash

Inside Crash Pad Computers: the black service counter, the self-service drop-off lockers, and custom machines running on display.
Route 5. One counter, one price, no call centers.

Crashpad Computers is a small repair shop on Route 5 in Sunrise Beach, right at the Lake of the Ozarks. No call centers, no ticket numbers read to you by a robot, no “have you tried turning it off and on again” unless we genuinely think it might help (sometimes it does).

We started this shop because the nearest honest repair option shouldn’t be an hour’s drive from the Lake. Around here, your computer is your photos of the grandkids, your dock-service invoices, your tax files, your connection to family three states away. When it breaks, you want someone local who’ll look you in the eye and tell you what’s actually wrong.

That’s the whole philosophy: one flat $75 for most repairs, parts quoted before we install them, and if we can’t fix it, the labor fee is on us. We’d rather lose an hour than a neighbor.

Yes, we’ve seen worse. Whatever it is — bring it in.
